We do not currently ship outside of the United States, however we are working on expansion into Canada and other countries very soon!

Online orders for shipment within United States are shipped through various carriers included UPS. We are able to ship to PO boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and to the Military APO/FPO via USPS but please allow an additional 7-12 business days. We are unable to ship internationally.

Per our PetCres Satisfaction Guarantee, if for any reason, you or your pet aren't 100% satisfied with our products, please reach out to for additional support. We would love the opportunity to make it right.
